The Diamond One Team
The Diamond One Team is a multi-million-dollar real estate team with DENOVO REALTY, which specializes in providing residential real estate services to military and civilian families. The team leaders, David and LaNeil White, were formerly an active-duty military family. David retired from the Air Force as a First Sergeant in 2014 after serving 24 years and LaNeil spent 9 years as a military spouse. In fact, our entire team is made up of people affiliated with the military. Our team consists of 3, full-time licensed agents, all with Military Relocation Certifications. With our collective knowledge, we understand the real estate needs of military and aerospace families probably better than anyone else on the Space Coast.
Not only do we help military families, the Diamond One Team is also a huge supporter of our Aerospace programs around Brevard County. We work with employees of SpaceX, Harris Corp., Boeing, ULA, NASA, Northrop Grumman, Embraer, and many more!
The Diamond One Team has helped nearly 500 families buy and sell homes since 2014! We are passionate about helping our customers by getting to know them personally and working with them side-by-side through each transaction and beyond. Our vast knowledge of military family needs, and our appreciation for veteran families, make us a valuable asset to ALL families relocating to and from the Space Coast.
David White, MRP
Broker Associate and Team Leader
David is originally from Kent, Ohio. He joined the Air Force in 1990 just after High School. While serving in the Air Force he was stationed in Washington DC; South Korea; Hampton, VA; Kaiserslautern, Germany; Montgomery, AL; and arrived in Viera, Fl in 2010 where he met his lovely wife LaNeil. While serving in the Air Force, he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the Southwestern University. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked as a Corporate Human Resource Business Partner for a year and a half, until he decided to join forces with LaNeil to form the Diamond One Team.
David enjoys giving back to the military community. He has served as a volunteer with the Orlando Veteran’s Business Initiative, helping veterans find work by assisting them with resume writing and interviewing skills. His favorite past times are Off-roading, fishing, hiking and game night with the family!
LaNeil White, MRP
Buyer/Listing Specialist, Marketing, Team Leader
LaNeil is proven Real Estate professional! She serves on the Space Coast Board of Realtors (2024) in the Professional Standards and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Committees.
LaNeil grew up traveling to Florida beaches and made the Space Coast her home in 2006. Her love of real estate is a family tradition, her parents owned and maintained over 14 rental properties in her home town of Jackson, Mississippi. LaNeil later branched out to the coastal areas of Orange Beach, Alabama, and the beautiful waterways of Annapolis, Maryland, where she was a sales agent with Re/Max Leading Edge.
As a military wife, she has lived in Mississippi, Maryland, California and Japan. LaNeil then settled in Viera, Florida where she met her husband David. Combined, they have four children. She loves to cook, travel, spend time at the beach, and enjoy quality time with her loved ones.
Ryan Price, MRP
Buyer/Listing Specialist
Ryan (AKA, The Nerdy Realtor) is LaNeil's oldest son; he has been around the military and Real Estate for quite some time and before working as a real estate agent, he helped David and LaNeil as an assistant. After getting his license in 2020, he joined the team and has been a fatastic addition! Ryan has been a resident of Brevard County since he was 11 years old. He graduated from Viera High School then earned his bachelor's degree in 3-D Modeling and Game Design from Eastern Tennessee State University in 2018. Despite his artistic talent, and work experience in 3-D modelling, he decided that working directly with people is more of a passion than being stuck behind a computer all day. Ryan is hard working and has excellent customer service skills! All his clients love him!
Ryan is married to his lovely wife, Greyson, and together they have 2 Goldendoodles named Zorro and Kenzie, and a pet lovebird named Pippen. In his spare time, Ryan is a huge Star Wars fan, costume designer, and is a bit of a TikTok sensation! They have a little one on the way; expected in May 2024!!!
